La pista definitivamente cumple con las expectativas planteadas por Jairo «Tormentor» Guedz (EX SEPULTURA) y compañía, con un estilo death metal muy de la vieja escuela. Tranquilamente podría ser un canción editada en los 80.
«The Rise of Heresy» tiene como fecha de lanzamiento le próximo 9 de octubre bajo el sello Blood Blast.
